A day after Aam Aadmi Party’s national convener Arvind Kejriwal apologised to
Punjab minister Bikram Singh Majithia for making “unfounded” allegations over
his involvement in drug trade, party leader Bhagwant Mann resigned from his
post as AAP state president.

“I’m resigning as a president of AAP Punjab …but my fight against drug mafia
and all kind of corruption in Punjab will continue as an “Aam Aadmi “ of
Punjab,” Mann tweeted Friday.

&gt;More than a year after a case was registered under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act against former minister and SAD leader Bikram Singh Majithia, the Punjab and Haryana High Court was today told that three accused were yet to be arrested in the matter.

&gt;A Division Bench hearing the matter was also told that the role of all police officers, who might have directly or indirectly helped in drug trafficking or smuggling, would also be examined and the investigation would be concluded within a month.

&gt;“While conducting the investigation, all three (recently opened sealed) reports of an SIT shall be taken into account,” an affidavit filed by an Assistant Inspector General of Police stated.

&gt;As the drugs menace case came up for resumed hearing, the Division Bench was also told that extradition process had been initiated against 12 accused with regard to six FIRs mentioned in a report earlier submitted by the head of the special task force.

&gt;The affidavit placed before the Bench of Justice GS Sandhawalia and Justice Harpreet Kaur Jeewan by Punjab Additional Advocate General Gaurav Garg Dhuriwala during the course of hearing said FIR No. 2, dated December 20, 2021, under the provisions of the NDPS Act was registered at the state crime police station, Bureau of Investigation, Mohali, against Majithia “in view of contents of the report”.
Three more persons Satpreet Singh, alias Satta, Parminder Singh, alias Pindi, and Amrinder Singh Chhena, alias Laddi Chhena, were nominated as accused in the case by a special investigation team.

&gt;It added that Majithia was arrested in the case on February 24, 2022, and was currently out on bail, granted by the high court on August 10, 2022. “The remaining three accused are yet to be arrested in this case. They are at present residing in Canada”.

Didn't read the whole thing tbh, but lost me at 5 counts of  "raped". Behaviour is typically a manifestation of inner thoughts of man. 
I typically take the position of a non follower so I'm sure he has some good things. Be careful what you read. It s like going through a garbage bin, I'm sure there is some fresh food in there but do you really want to go through garbage to find the fresh food? 

I think most of us on this journey are over flooding ourselves with so many different practices. Which is great and all, but sometimes simplicity is key. 

1. Cold showers
2.Meditation/Breathing
3. Exercise/ Yoga
4. Healthy Diet
5. Adequate Sleep.

Then again I'm practicing brahmacharya so my comment may be attacked for disagreeing with some of these practices.

As someone who has practiced and taught Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan (I am saddened by the accusations and have moved on to different practices) I would just like to clarify that his methods are quite different from the others you mentioned. Kundalini and Kundalini yoga are both umbrella terms, methods vary widely between teachers. Bikram yoga, Qi Gong and Ashtanga yoga are all entirely different schools of thought. Also, taking a single exercise out of context from a kriya or sequence can be dangerous, proceed with caution. There are reasons why it’s discouraged, it’s not an arbitrary rule.
